Qub-X is management software for spas, aesthetic clinics and dermatology clinics in Vietnam, a product of Coauths, built in Ho Chi Minh City. One shared customer record connects scheduling, orders and payments, an omni-channel inbox (Zalo, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, KakaoTalk and more), inventory, staff timekeeping and reports, for single clinics and multi-branch chains alike.
Yes. Qub-X can replace disconnected parts such as scheduling, customer records, POS, inboxes and reporting. For tools you need to keep, the team can review what should be integrated and what should be rolled out in phases.
Yes. Qub-X supports multi-branch operations, so owners can see the full picture while each team member works within the right branch and role scope.
Access can be controlled by role, branch and job scope. Front desk, consultants, doctors and managers can each see the data they need without exposing unnecessary information.
Timing depends on branch count, data migration and current workflows. The demo helps define a practical rollout scope and training plan.
Pricing depends on the selected package, integration needs, implementation support and operational scale. You can start with a trial to evaluate fit first.
Vietnamese, English and Korean. Each user picks their own display language; the clinic's shared data never changes.
Overview, before / after photos, medical notes, packages and payments, consent forms, appointments and customer analysis. One tab each, one record.
No. Notes, services, staff and status save the moment they change.
Access follows role and branch: the front desk, consultants and doctors see only what they need, and every action is logged.
Zalo OA, Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, LINE, KakaoTalk, WeChat, Telegram and TikTok are the most common; we connect the ones you already use.
The thread shows as a new lead; click Link existing customer if there is a record, or create one right in the side pane.
Depends on permissions. By default the owner sees theirs; managers see all and can reassign.
Depends on permissions. By default a branch sees its own stock and the warehouse; managers see everything.
Stock is not deducted for them, and Analytics shows how many services still need norms so you can add them over time.
Yes, but manual adjustments are flagged and excluded from net usage so they do not distort the analysis.
When paid. Unpaid orders sit in new debt, kept separate so revenue is never inflated.
No. The cash came in at top-up; deducting a session spends the balance and the report records it separately.
Depends on permissions. Branch managers see their branch; the owner sees all and can compare.
Timekeeping, shift scheduling, leave and timesheets for spa and aesthetic clinic staff, per branch.
On their phone: register a face once, then every clock-in takes a quick photo to confirm.
Yes. Each branch has coordinates and a radius; clock-ins outside the radius or without a location are flagged on the timesheet.
Days missing a clock-in or clock-out are flagged; staff send a forgotten clock-in request with the times, and a manager approves it.
In Qub-X CRM, on each order.
Yes. Under Circular 13/2025/TT-BYT, medical facilities other than hospitals must implement them by 31/12/2026; licensed aesthetic and dermatology clinics are in this group.
Spas without a medical licence are not yet required to. Customers' health information must still be protected under the 2025 Personal Data Protection Law.
Not necessarily. Circular 13 accepts lawful e-signatures, biometrics or other electronic confirmation under the Law on E-Transactions.
Hospitals had to implement by 30/9/2025 and, under Directive 04/CT-BYT, stop using paper records from 1/1/2027.
Soon. E-prescription linked to the National Prescription System is coming soon; the facility will enter its connection code and doctor accounts once under Facility connections.
Qub-X EMR has just launched. Book a demo and the Qub-X team will walk you through it on sample data and plan your rollout ahead of 31/12/2026.
Yes, as unconfirmed with their own colour. The front desk calls to confirm and changes the status.
No. The clinic adds, removes and recolours groups in settings.
A new confirmation can be sent on Zalo OA or whichever channel the customer uses, from the appointment panel.
It becomes an outstanding amount on that invoice, shown in the Outstanding tab and on the customer card; collect it later on the same order.
Yes. Click Transfer on the package card and pick the recipient; history records who gave what to whom.
Pushes invoices and receiving slips to MISA so accounting never retypes them.
