Qub-X grew out of real operations: double-booked rooms, packages tracked in Excel, messages lost across channels. We built one system that keeps everything in one place, and we stay with the clinic until the team feels at home.

Qub-X was shaped by someone who worked the desk.
“I worked the front desk for a year and a half at an aesthetic clinic chain. The old software made you go through too many steps and open too many tabs just to book a visit or create an order. While Qub-X was being built, I gave feedback on almost every screen, most of all the front desk and consultant ones. There was one goal: fewer steps, fewer tabs, no waiting, and everything saves as you type.”
