The problem

When the schedule is on paper, customers get booked with someone who is off.

The rota is pinned in the staff room, commission lives in a separate spreadsheet and everyone shares one login. Month end takes hours and ends in arguments.

Work schedules

One weekly schedule per person, per branch.

Set working hours or a day off for each weekday, per person and per branch; copy one person's week to another in a click. When customers book online, only doctors scheduled that day are offered.

Commission

Commission sits on the order; at month end, just export.

An order can split commission between several staff, as a % or a fixed amount; packages can carry a preset commission. The Commission screen shows total commission, the commission base and the average %, exported to Excel with your filters.

Can staff see each other's commission?
No, unless they are granted access to everyone's. Each person sees My commission; editing commission is a separate permission.
What about staff working at several branches?
Assign a home branch and the branches they may access; schedules are set per branch.
